Facility opened in 1991
Owners: Lynne Turner-Peer & Ben Peer
Our farm consists of lush rolling hills, a lake, and woods, and is located just southeast of Green Bay only minutes off I-43. We specialize in preserving the King and Poco Bueno bloodlines and maintaining a high percentage foundation. We line-breed several Poco Bueno granddaughters and great granddaughters with a King grandson and two Poco Bueno grandsons. Most of these horses are a high percentage foundation blood; many are 100%. Our love for King and Poco Bueno horses isn't just because they're the most legendary father-son team, but because I grew up in the Southwest and had a Poco Bueno mare as a kid and have had a soft spot for that bloodline ever since. My goal since then has been to preserve and promote that bloodline. To achieve that goal, several years ago, Ben and I began purchasing only the finest Poco Bueno and King stock available. Remember, in 1947, Poco Bueno's stud fee was $5,000, so only the best of the best mares were bred to him, which is clearly evident in the quality and ability of his descendants today. These foals are natural athletes - even exhibiting it at play with rollbacks, sliding stops, and spins - this is just for fun. We currently stand: Continental Jester, JB Model Poco Bevo, and Mi Optimo Amigo Poco. Young stock available year round, most of which have either King "and" Poco Bueno both "on the papers" or Poco Bueno "on the papers" twice! If you're in the area, stop in for a cup of coffee or pop and bring the kids because "everybody loves a baby horse"! Live cover or shipped semen is available from all three stallions, check out our ever-changing web site.
Specialization: Other: Cutting/Reining/Roping

We have all the breeding equipment to assist you in collecting your stallion!
Horse Breed Specialization: Paint; Quarter Horse;
